Terms and Conditions

1. Please check order times page and front page for any information relating to order times. Orders placed online will not be refunded because you were unaware of the times, as they are on the site clearly.

2. Order Cancellations will not be accepted for orders placed online. As soon as you place your order with us we order the stock. The stock is 100% chosen by you in which you state your colours and material colours for your order. Your order is therefore bespoke and cannot be cancelled. In the unlikely event your order is faulty, we will redo the order for you, we do not refund. Especially if you have other items ordered with us that are not yet complete.

3. Once you have paid for your order and you wish to cancel due to cancellation of wedding or any other matter, if your order is in the completion stages we will not refund. If your order is awaiting completion we will refund 50% of the order cost.

4. Our opening times are 9-5 Monday to Friday, we will answer queries by email and occasionally by phone when we are not in our busy season. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Over £100 is free

All orders are sent Recorded Delivery with Royal Mail, and can take 1-4 days Orders that are priority and have been pre-agreed by myself to send on a next day will be sent Special Delivery at extra cost (No more than £5) We will not be held responsible for delays within the postal system. See Term 7 for replacing details.

6. All stationery is handmade and certain pieces may vary in size. Colours will be ordered in batched (i.e. handmade paper) so please be advised if you order together (invites, place cards, other reception items) the colour will be from the same batch, if not the colour may vary slightly.

7. In the unlikely event of loss or damage from the post, we PROMISE to replace all goods once we are satisfied that the item is lost and damage has occurred. We will not refund a missing parcel, we will redo the order for you.

8. In the unlikely event of Faulty/Missing goods from your order, please notify us within no less than 3 days from receiving your order. Coming back to us a couple of weeks after receiving is not acceptable and we will not replace or reissue.

9. Once the proof has been agreed by yourself it is then your responsibility. If you want to change anything and we have started the order we will charge we needed. - If we need to redo the cards again, you will need to pay the full price. If we need to change any inserts there is a set cost of £20.00. If it is our fault there will be no charge.

10. Any orders placed online and payment not received will be subject to a 50% invoice. Orders that are placed with us, you are entering into an agreement that you wish us to do the work for you, therefore we will order the stock and your specified items. If payment is not received we will seek to recover 50% which would have been a deposit needed.

11. Due to the nature of the business we prefer to deal with email enquires, especially in the spring and summer months. This ensures we are able to work and not have the phone ringing. You are able to log into your account 24 hours a day to check the status, and we reply to emails almost immediately.

12. All our items are the work and designs of Karen Bennett. Copying and use of our images is not acceptable. Copying designs will not be tolerated. AND legal advice will be sought.

13. Payment methods are Debit/Credit Cards and Cheques, we can also supply bank details for a bank transfer if you prefer.

14. We are a registered business. Our business registration number is 2266117

15. We have the right to cancel any order in the event of threatening and abusive behaviour from our clients, this will not be tolerated and we will notify you by email should your order be cancelled

16. Invitations and Save the Date cards, will have the company address on the back of products, for copyright and branding reasons. We reserve the right to display this on our products.
